no yoga

for once yesterday, i did not go to the class, with no reason, just for rest, yes a deep 2 days resting.i felt like i should do it so i did it.
yesterday i met Jean, a blogfriend, i love her blog i follow it for years.. and we met, she already came to see our performances, we had a tea at green hotel and then, we went to her house, a nice girly time, my visitors friends from la reunion came with me.
today it is Jean's birthday so i wish her the best.
il ove my sunday so far, wlak at le lake, then buffet at regalis'hotel, swimming pool... a bit of shopping, fruit salad at home, no yoga, only resting...
it is good.
